About the role
- Ensure availability of network and platform 24x7.
- Obtain 95% of incident resolution, minimising MTTR.
- Support provide and build activity.
- Manage and assist change activity with zero incidents due to change.
- Provide infrastructure maintenance to support customer and platform requirements.
- On-board new networks and systems.
- Act as SME during major incidents.
- Manage multiple projects in an intense environment.
- Prepare detailed performance and benefit analysis.
- Improve team performance and simplify complex processes.
- Provide real-time operational support for complex multi-technology solutions.
- Adopt a customer-focused approach to meet desired customer experience.
Requirements
- Full SC / BC Security Clearance where required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to remain calm when working to demanding timescales and deadlines.
- Confident communicator able to operate at all levels with customer representatives, suppliers, and Vodafone colleagues.
- Proactively identify self-development needs.
- Strong understanding of all network disciplines.
- Knowledge sharing among team members.
- Follow the use of common processes.
