About the role
- Define and formalize Agile and Scrum standards for client development
- Train teams and stakeholders in Agile principles, the Scrum framework, roles, and best practices
- Support teams during change initiatives and ensure standards are applied consistently
- Monitor adoption, identify gaps, and implement continuous improvement actions
- Support Agile ceremonies when needed (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
- Provide guidance and support on scaled Agile practices and cross-team alignment
- Collaborate closely with product managers, delivery managers, and IT leadership
Requirements
- Strong experience as an Agile Coach or Senior Scrum Master
- Strong practical knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Experience working in complex, multi-team environments
- Highly autonomous and proactive, able to manage responsibilities independently
- Professional, pragmatic, and results-oriented
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Experience in digital, e-commerce, or omnichannel is a strong advantage
