About the role

  • Define and formalize Agile and Scrum standards for client development
  • Train teams and stakeholders in Agile principles, the Scrum framework, roles, and best practices
  • Support teams during change initiatives and ensure standards are applied consistently
  • Monitor adoption, identify gaps, and implement continuous improvement actions
  • Support Agile ceremonies when needed (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Provide guidance and support on scaled Agile practices and cross-team alignment
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, delivery managers, and IT leadership

Requirements

  • Strong experience as an Agile Coach or Senior Scrum Master
  • Strong practical knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
  • Experience working in complex, multi-team environments
  • Highly autonomous and proactive, able to manage responsibilities independently
  • Professional, pragmatic, and results-oriented
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Experience in digital, e-commerce, or omnichannel is a strong advantage
