About the role

  • Lead Agile and Scrum practices and facilitate ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams on backlog grooming and task prioritization.
  • Maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support smooth project execution and on-time delivery.
  • Ensure teams have access to required tools and resources.
  • Track project progress, sprint metrics, and milestones; prepare status updates for stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively.
  • Oversee quality assurance and promote continuous improvement.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and partners.
  • Track budget and adapt plans as needed.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in software project management.
  • Strong leadership skills and a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Jira and Confluence; Salesforce familiarity is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and related frameworks (Kanban, SAFe); Waterfall or hybrid exposure is beneficial.
  • Strong communication, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Agile certifications (PMP, PgMP, CSM, CSPO) are a plus.
  • Strategic thinker who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and skilled at guiding a team.
