• Lead and manage the global Customer Solutions Advisory (Sports) team, ensuring consistent execution aligned with Vizrt’s global sports strategy.
• Partner closely with Sports business leadership, Product Management, and R&D to shape product direction, market readiness, and solution innovation.
• Participate in sports strategy sessions, long-term planning, and cross-functional leadership forums.
• Establish global standards for sports demonstrations, workflows, technical validation, and customer engagement.
• Ensure the global team remains aligned on customer outcomes, competitive landscape, and evolving sports production trends.
• Engage with strategic sports customers including major broadcasters, leagues, and federations to understand objectives and define success criteria.
• Act as an executive technical sponsor for major opportunities and partnerships.
• Represent Vizrt at high-profile sports events, technology conferences, and industry forums.
• Personally deliver or oversee advanced demonstrations of Viz Libero, Viz Arena, Viz Engine, AR/XR workflows, and cloud-based production tools.
• Architect end-to-end sports production workflows that span analysis, AR, data integration, live production, replay, automation, and multi-platform distribution.
• Ensure tight alignment with Professional Services on POCs, project scoping, onboarding, and delivery.

• Support planning, coordination and quality assurance in the order-to-cash process under the guidance of the Finance Manager over AR.
• Assist in ensuring timely and accurate billing
• Assist in ensuring timely and accurate revenue accruals
• Help resolve billing discrepancies and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve order-to-cash process issues.
• Perpetually seek out automation and process improvement opportunities.
• Ensure customer accounts are accurate.
• Ensure aged accounts are addressed while collaborating with the collections team
• Collaborate with other finance stakeholders to encourage audit preparedness

• The VP must be capable of delivering high-quality demonstrations, leading complex proof of concepts, designing end-to-end workflows, and architecting robust solutions.
• Engage with strategic sports customers including major broadcasters, leagues, and federations to understand objectives and define success criteria.
• Personally deliver or oversee advanced demonstrations of Viz Libero, Viz Arena, Viz Engine, AR/XR workflows, and cloud-based production tools.
• Lead high-impact proof of concepts, solution evaluations, and technical workshops for key accounts.
• Architect end-to-end sports production workflows that span analysis, AR, data integration, live production, replay, automation, and multi-platform distribution.

Systems Engineer

• Deployment of Vizrt products into production environments.
• Managing all aspects of system setup, configuration, customization, and testing.
• Active communication with various stakeholders including end-users, developers, and technical staff.
• Documentation of deployed systems and configurations.
• Lead the installation and advanced configuration of Vizrt products and systems.
• Develop custom modules and code using third-party APIs.
• Regularly participate in project team meetings and daily stand-up meetings.
• Effectively manage code and patches in a coherent and structured way.
• Ensure the accuracy of time-reporting and other project-related administrative tasks.
• Collect and share enhanced knowledge and customer feedback to support continuous improvement efforts within the organization.
• Help to build a Customer Success mindset across the organization through effective partnership working, advocacy and professionalism as a member of the Global Services team.

Communications

• Creating & maintaining content on, and managing the development of, Vizrt’s intranet “*Stories” *pages*, *in order to educate, excite and engage our people
• Ensuring a consistent rhythm of news that is inclusive of our global organisation and aligned to our strategic priorities
• Management and coordination of other intranet editors and internal spokespeople, creating a network of comms champions across sites and functions, and ensuring our communications are inclusive of all functions and voices
• Supporting the VP Communications to plan and curate content for publishing by the General Management (Executive) Team
• Executing the delivery of key internal events such as global Town Halls and Kick Off events, in collaboration with the events team, technical teams, and other stakeholders
• Editing internally produced videos for publication, using our wide range of media and broadcast tools
• Monitoring all Vizrt channels, including establishing and tracking KPIs to measure the effectiveness, progress and impact of our internal communications, and making suggestions for improvement including new tools or practices
• Production of weekly internal newsletter & maintenance of other internal comms channels e.g. digital signage
• Developing a self-service model, providing advice, training and comms toolkits where necessary, to help all functions effectively manage their own content and pages

Corporate Communications Lead

Operations

• The Managed Services Operations Manager will be responsible for driving the operational readiness, governance, and delivery enablement of Vizrt’s Managed Services portfolio.
• This role ensures that Vizrt can consistently design, deliver, and scale Managed Services offerings globally by aligning internal workflows, pricing structures, delivery partnerships, and technical enablers.
• The role works across Global Services, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Support to ensure managed services contracts and engagements are effectively structured, executed, and monitored.

Customer Success Manager

• The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring our customers and partners are receiving a world class post sale customer care and technical service program. Our growth strategy is underpinned by successfully pivoting to a recurring offering with our existing and new products. The CSM team is crucial in establishing the relationship between Vizrt and our customers, by partnering with customers to implement, adopt, and support them.
• This role drives proactive customer care and service and ensures smooth customer renewal and high customer satisfaction. Initially, success metrics will focus on Customer Satisfaction (referrals, testimonials, CSAT etc) and in time, additional metrics used to monitor success are likely to be around ARR growth, NRR rates, NPS, Customer engagement (health scores) and others.
• **Tasks and Duties:**
• - Drive customer success outcomes with a clear path to value for each customer relationship. We want customers who want to stay with us, who maximize the value of our offers through strong Software adoption, who are happy to refer to and advocate the value that Vizrt brings to them and leads to new business growth.
• - With exceptional customer intelligence gained through our trusted relationships, work in partnership with our Post-Sales departments, Sales and Marketing organization to support renewals and seize opportunities for cross-sell and upsell.
• - Define our customer journey as part of our CS Strategy that maps the experience, moments that matter, and defines inflection points through the journey that allow us to standardize and scale customer care and technical support offerings and always look for opportunities to improve.
• - Deliver a world-class Customer Enablement program across our segments that onboards them to a new experience with us, provides them with the best resources and training for them to be successful, that they develop a strong and trusted relationship with us because they know we are committed to their success.

Marketing

• Go-To-Market Strategy: Build, Manage and Execute GTM plan in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Partnership Development: Recruitment, engagement, training and revenue with key partners to drive joint marketing efforts
• Marketing Development Fund (MDF) management: Work with the Director of Channel Program Management, Demand Generation, and top channel partners to develop, implement, and benchmark MDF plans for partnerships
• Coordination and Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (sales, demand generation, Brand and Communications, product, etc.) and channel partners to ensure successful collaboration and alignment on goals. Regularly report on success of campaigns to key stakeholders including C Level Executives
• Partner Enablement: Supporting Product Marketing and Sales Enablement teams in developing and communication sales enablement material for partners
• Channel Communications: Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans and create copy that to keep channel partners informed about new products, services, promotions, and joint marketing efforts
• Content Creation: Work with content teams to ensure that co-branded marketing materials, presentations, and case studies are tailored for the needs of our channel partners
• Campaign Execution: Run incentive campaigns towards partners to encourage deal registration, sell through, and increase pipeline
• Event support: Enable marketing and material support for partner-led and partner-focused events, such as trade shows, webinars, experience events, and joint workshops. Publish partner-led events to Vizrt.com
