Account Manager

• The Strategic Account Sales Manager (SAM) will be primary responsible for growing, developing and maintaining strategic relationships with a specific set of Vizrt’s Strategic Accounts in our Enterprise vertical.
• This person will work to identify, understand and satisfy customers' needs, grow demand for Vizrt’s solutions and close opportunities aligned to Vizrt’s quarterly and monthly linearity focus, maintain relationships at all levels, resolve any issues promptly, and consistently deliver a positive customer experience.
• The SAM will collaborate with the customer success team, and the wider CRO and Marketing organizations to help drive a positive customer experience and satisfaction.
• The SAM is expected to build long-lasting, profitable relationships with clients, always striving to find the solutions that best fit individual clients' specific needs.

Strategic Account Manager – Enterprise

Full-stack Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain features using **C++** and **C#**.
• Work with **Windows-based frameworks**, including WPF and MFC.
• Maintain and refactor legacy systems with a focus on stability and performance.
• Build internal tools and utilities to support data processing and application workflows.
• Process, validate, and transform geospatial datasets.
• Work with coordinate systems, projections, and common GIS concepts.
• Integrate and convert between formats such as **Shapefile, GeoJSON, KML**, and others.
• Interact with geospatial databases for storage, querying, and updates.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts in **PowerShell** and Python (preferred), as well as other shell scripting languages.
• **Build and enhance PowerShell modules for deployment automation, system configuration, and workflow orchestration in Windows environments.**
• Support data and database update pipelines.
• Contribute to CI/CD systems such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions, leveraging PowerShell for task automation and environment management.
• Ensure build stability across multiple environments.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing codebases.
• Implement fixes safely with minimal impact to production.
• Maintain compatibility with existing deployment models and customer environments.

Software Engineer – Geospatial, Windows Applications

Backend Engineer

• You will join a team of experienced engineers and share ownership of the UE integration stack.
• Depending on your interests and strengths, your work will touch several areas: UE plugins and Viz Engine integration, optimizing performance and delays, keying and compositing, camera tracking integration, HDR and color pipeline, build and test automation, GPU-level debugging, handling customer escalations related to UE integration.

Software Engineer – Unreal Engine Integration, C++

• Develop and maintain the video output layer: SDI output via Matrox (XMIO, DSX LE) and AJA boards, NDI and SMURF software outputs, ST 2110 IP video
• Continue the Parallel Output architecture: refactoring the engine to support multiple simultaneous outputs with different resolutions, formats, and transport protocols
• Maintain the Matrox SDK integration: board initialization, signal routing, multi-connector configuration, UHD and UHD-2 support
• Work on clip playback: both hardware-accelerated (Matrox) and software clip players, covering frame accuracy, codec support (HEVC, ProRes, HAP Q Alpha), and GPU texture rendering
• Extend the Service Host application: channel recording workflows, ST 2110 audio/ancillary handling, configuration management
• Handle customer escalations related to video output, signal timing, board configuration, and recording workflows – translating broadcast requirements into engineering solutions
• Investigate and fix automated test failures related to video output, clip playback, and board configuration
• Add output configuration UI features in Viz Artist (Qt/C++) when needed
• Work with embedded audio routing (SDI, Dante, NDI audio channels) as part of the output pipeline

Software Engineer – Video I/O & Broadcast Output

• Develop and sustain long-term customer relationships while engaging customers at all levels, including senior levels of the customer organization.
• Understand customer business strategy and business case and drive alignment between customer objectives and company capabilities.
• Develop, implement and drive Growth Account plans for any Top 50 account.
• Develop and provide functional demonstrations of the solutions to clients and solicit client feedback on product features and capabilities to provide actionable inputs to the company's product management teams.
• Work with marketing and pre-sales to create demos and business pitches that demonstrate value to customer needs, growth and future development.
• Conduct comprehensive account review at least quarterly with customers.
• Provide guidance and management of the client through decision-making processes regarding cost-benefit, timelines, operational and change management issues.
• Ensure early engagement in the customer buying process to diagnose customers' needs and tailor solutions to match them.
• Ensure clients know any changes to offer related processes and procedures, including operational and business management changes.
• Oversee the customer life cycle and ensure organizational alignment to drive adoption and usage of the company platform proactively.
• Map and maintain relationships with key decision makers across all relevant customer departments.
• Monthly customer status calls with Support org. and professional services.
• Hunt and identify new sales opportunities and focus on providing consultative support by building value proposition solutions into the prospect.
• Act as an expert in analyzing customer needs, provide insights, manage expectations, and communicate with clarity about the Vizrt value proposition and USP.
• Diligently follow up and manage extensive customer contact including presentations, demonstrations, group meetings and sales calls (touchpoint management).
• Drive sales campaigns and strategic initiatives, plan for regional growth, and identify opportunities for solution expansion.
• Understand the competitive landscape, providing insight on strategic targets, new emerging players, and the shifting rights packages.
• Drive and track key performance metrics.
• Accurately forecast sales opportunities via pipeline report.
• Manage the sales process from opportunity identification to closing.
• Leverage cross-functional company resources to understand customers' drivers and streamline sales efforts.

Growth Account Manager – Media & Entertainment

Sales Development Rep

• The Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Channel Distribution serves as a dedicated pipeline development and demand generation resource aligned with Vizrt’s distributor partner.
• This role is responsible for driving sales development activities in support of the distributor and their channel reseller partners.
• Working in close partnership with the distributor’s inside sales, outside sales, and marketing teams, the SDR stimulates end-customer demand and builds a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• The SDR ensures that TriCaster-related demand generation activities are coordinated, scalable, and aligned with the distributor’s sales motion across the reseller ecosystem.
• The role collaborates closely with the distributor’s teams as well as Vizrt’s internal resources to support opportunity development and ensure the distributor’s partners are positioned for success.
