• Engage Client stakeholders to identify systemwide aggregation and standardization categories.
• Support the ongoing development and integration of suppliers and their pricing with customers’ design/construction process from conception, planning, design, construction, and closeout.
• Conduct detailed analyses to generate strategic insight and identify performance improvement opportunities for Clients.
• Establish and maintain relationships with members at various levels including C-suite, supply chain/materials management, facilities, and construction.
• Cultivate and develop both new and existing vendor relationships by understanding the changing marketplace.
• Develop relationships and agreements that can effectively articulate the intent and design to the end user to provide member facilities with savings opportunities.
• Manage the initiatives and programs that are developed to enhance membership compliance with the contract portfolio.
• Design and execute project work plans; provide members with status updates; identify, track, and validate savings.
• Identify regional aggregation opportunities across multiple customers.
• Negotiate regional/customer-specific contracts with vendors.
• Prepare analyses and present recommendations to senior leadership.
