Responsible for end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, ensuring quality and SLA (TTF) for external and internal processes in the areas supported.
Ensure the quality of the conduct and execution of the processes under your responsibility, including accurate recording of selection processes in tracking and management tools.
Support management in leading innovation projects and propose continuous improvements and market best practices.
Act as a guardian and promoter of the Talent Attraction area's internal policies and procedures.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Attraction processes by analyzing area needs and ensuring alignment of functional areas with strategies, policies and processes.
Promote quality, speed and accuracy in recruitment and selection processes for more complex and strategic positions.
Monitor and report on selection processes, identifying the best talent attraction channels (social media, network, institutions, R&S providers, etc.).
Develop and monitor project indicators and KPIs.
Anticipate actions based on insights derived from indicators.
Requirements
Knowledge of ATS systems and related tools.
Experience in recruitment and selection.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office.
Knowledge of project methodologies, agile methodologies and continuous improvement is a plus.
Proficiency with sourcing/hunting tools.
Experience managing Attraction metrics and related reporting.
