About the role
- Lead and oversee new business implementations in an agile manner, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Act as the focal point between internal stakeholders (product, legal, commercial, operations, etc.) and external partners.
- Map and mitigate risks, anticipate issues, and propose practical solutions.
- Organize and document operational flows, timelines, and deliverables.
- Participate in alignment meetings, checkpoints, and prioritization forums.
- Ensure that all involved teams are engaged and informed about project progress.
Requirements
- Proven experience in agile implementation of complex projects, preferably in corporate environments or digital transformation initiatives.
- Clear and empathetic communication skills with different stakeholder profiles.
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Location: São Paulo/SP, 3 days on-site per week
