Documentation: Record functional and non-functional requirements with clarity and an appropriate level of detail. Use techniques such as document analysis, direct observation, and prototyping.
Perform reverse engineering to determine how existing flow automations operate within the courts.
Analyze, map, and automate judicial and administrative processes using BPMN.
Use a proprietary Low-Code platform to develop and implement flow automation solutions in the context of the courts.
Configure and customize workflows.
Ensure automated processes comply with courts' regulations and standards.
Prepare technical documentation and provide training to teams involved in process automation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Law, technical or technological programs in Process Automation, Information Technology, Software Development, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in process automation and implementation of BPM solutions.
Strong knowledge of BPMN for process modeling.
Experience with Low-Code platforms.
Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Bizagi, Camunda Modeler, etc.).
Ability to communicate clearly, especially when translating technical flows for non-technical audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
