About the role
- Conduct business analyses that structure external and internal data and information with a strategic perspective, identifying market trends, opportunities and risks and proposing solutions that positively impact strategic planning;
- Lead and manage projects, applying practical project management methodologies;
- Question and challenge assumptions and scenarios, delivering in-depth analysis of performance metrics and indicators (KPIs);
- Independently run analysis projects, from sourcing data to presenting insights generated from the analyses;
- Prepare executive-level materials to present the results of project analyses.
Requirements
- Analytical profile, able to work autonomously and with a systemic view;
- Project leadership and management skills;
- Knowledge of modeling and statistical tools;
- Clear, objective communication and meeting facilitation skills;
- Curious mindset with logical and agile reasoning for conducting analyses and diagnostics, understanding scenarios and identifying revenue opportunities;
- Critical thinking to evaluate and question inputs received for analysis;
- Organizational, negotiation and leadership skills, with the ability to interact across multiple areas;
- Good interpersonal relations with peers and internal clients/suppliers;
- Comfortable taking an active role in problem-solving and conflict resolution;
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
- Completed higher education (Bachelor’s degree).
