Responsible for planning, monitoring and controlling projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, scope and quality in accordance with existing methodologies, best practices and workflows. Provide support to the project coordinator.
Assist in preparing project schedules, action plans, budgets and scopes;
Track and control project progress, monitoring performance indicators (KPIs);
Prepare and present management reports;
Identify risks and propose mitigation plans;
Organize follow-up meetings and maintain communication among areas involved in the project;
Assist in standardizing processes and in the continuous improvement of the project methodology;
Use project management tools for tracking physical progress and financials;
Ensure alignment between project objectives and the organizational strategy;
Provide effective support to both internal and external requests, including assistance with analytical reports, presentations, or providing decision-support materials;
Safeguard the activities and routines of the Project Management Office (PMO), supporting other team members in handling topics under their responsibility;
Assist in training users on project management tools and strategic indicators.
Requirements
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Project Management or related fields.
MS Office suite; basic English.
SPECIALIZATION: Desired: Certifications and/or courses or basic knowledge in Project Management methodologies; Certification in quality management improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, etc.); MS Project; Knowledge of Process Mapping.
EXPERIENCE: 2 years in administrative, financial or project roles.
