This professional will be responsible for planning and structuring the collection, analysis and interpretation of clinical, operational and administrative data to support decision-making.
Extract, organize, clean and process data from hospital systems and from projects under development;
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and interactive visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar for monthly monitoring of margins and results of the designed products;
Ensure the quality, integrity and standardization of the data used for analysis;
Participate in the planning, initiation, execution and monitoring of projects for new models and improvements, providing analyses to support tactical decisions in clinical, administrative and operational areas.
Requirements
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.
SPECIALIZATION: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Data Science, Project Management or related areas preferred.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: Advanced MS Office, Power BI, Tableau, REDCap and programming languages such as Python or R. Basic knowledge of hospital operations and process development and improvement methodologies (such as Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile methodologies, PMI) is a plus.
EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in data analysis and projects related to operations or healthcare, applying statistical, visualization and programming techniques to support decision-making.
