About the role
- Regional Infusion Sales Specialist promoting provider relationships to support clinics within Glen Allen & Midlothian, VA.
Travel within 30-60 miles of supported locations up to 90% of the time.
Work remotely 10% of the time; flexible self-driven schedule; Monday-Friday.
Apply consultative selling; prospect new business; nurture existing relationships; collaborate with clinical, sales, and patient care teams; partner with pharma reps.
Utilize CRM (Trella Health) to log daily calls and maintain notes.
Maintain Vivo's reputation and exemplify mission and values.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, or equivalent, required.
2 years of sales experience generating revenue through business-to-business referrals, required.
2 years of pharma, commercial insurance, or healthcare sales experience, required.
Valid state drivers license, automobile insurance, and safe reliable transportation to be used to travel within the outlined territory, required.
Vehicle stipend, parking, tolls, etc provided.
Must be highly motivated with a proven track record of managing sales territory while meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical partners, and vendors, required.
Must have exceptional customer service skills, learning agility, and problem-solving skills.
Computer literacy with the ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as the ability to learn or experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Experience working with Trella Healthcare is a plus.
