• Own the BI lifecycle from analysis to visualization.
• Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards across departments, including operations, risk, sales, and account management.
• Partner with managers to understand objectives, define analytical requirements, and translate business questions into clear data models and reporting needs.
• Translate and interpret data into insights that help managers understand performance and make informed operational and commercial decisions.
• Create real-time notification systems using Power BI and Jira to alert department heads about urgent anomalies or risks.
• Act as an embedded partner for various stakeholders, proactively identifying opportunities for data-driven improvements.
