About the role
- Own and nurture inbound and warm leads
- Build relationships with operators to understand their needs and readiness to adopt Viv
- Run high-level product demos focused on value and outcomes
- Follow up consistently to move interest into signed contracts
- Act as a short-term bridge right after contracts are signed
- Check in early to gather feedback, spot friction, and reinforce confidence
- Share insights with Product, CX, and Implementation teams
- Collaborate with Product and CX to keep messaging consistent
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort presenting to individuals or small groups
- Ability to quickly learn and explain a SaaS product
- Familiarity with CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms
- Nice to have (not required): Exposure to SaaS, sales, or customer success
- Experience in healthcare, home care, or franchise environments
- Internships or early customer-facing roles
