About the role

  • Own and nurture inbound and warm leads
  • Build relationships with operators to understand their needs and readiness to adopt Viv
  • Run high-level product demos focused on value and outcomes
  • Follow up consistently to move interest into signed contracts
  • Act as a short-term bridge right after contracts are signed
  • Check in early to gather feedback, spot friction, and reinforce confidence
  • Share insights with Product, CX, and Implementation teams
  • Collaborate with Product and CX to keep messaging consistent

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort presenting to individuals or small groups
  • Ability to quickly learn and explain a SaaS product
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms
  • Nice to have (not required): Exposure to SaaS, sales, or customer success
  • Experience in healthcare, home care, or franchise environments
  • Internships or early customer-facing roles
