Customer Support

• Ensure a positive, clear, and solution-oriented experience for customers, acting as a bridge between the customer and the company, with a focus on a welcoming approach, efficiency, quality of information, and resolving requests.
• Provide customer support through channels (chat, phone, e-mail)
• Record and track requests, complaints, questions, and appointments
• Work on problem resolution, seeking solutions within defined processes
• Escalate requests to responsible departments when necessary and follow them through to completion
• Meet deadlines, quality standards, productivity targets, and area KPIs
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
