Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure a positive, clear, and solution-oriented experience for customers, acting as a bridge between the customer and the company, with a focus on a welcoming approach, efficiency, quality of information, and resolving requests.
Provide customer support through channels (chat, phone, e-mail)
Record and track requests, complaints, questions, and appointments
Work on problem resolution, seeking solutions within defined processes
Escalate requests to responsible departments when necessary and follow them through to completion
Meet deadlines, quality standards, productivity targets, and area KPIs
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
