About the role
- Activate the brand locally through partnerships, collaborations, and grassroots community initiatives
- Build and nurture relationships with running crews, gyms, event organisers, and other sports or fitness communities
- Create and adapt content for TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms aligned with brand guidelines
- Capture and edit short-form video content that resonates with a Korean audience
- Support local influencer collaborations and ambassador activities
- Provide insights and feedback from the field to regional and global teams to ensure market alignment
- Work closely with distributor partner in Korea and the APAC distributor hub in Singapore
- Balance fieldwork and content-creation tasks with flexible engagement depending on availability
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or community activation
- Strong interest in sport, fitness, or active lifestyles
- Strong interest in TikTok, Instagram, and emerging digital trends
- Confident in filming and editing short-form content (CapCut or similar tools)
- Outgoing personality with ability to connect and engage with communities
- Organised and structured, able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Fluent in Korean and comfortable working in English
- Willingness to collaborate with distributor partner and regional/global teams
