About the role
- Create engaging written and visual content tailored for digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, blogs)
- Ideate and develop storytelling-driven scripts, captions, and social copy with creativity and originality
- Edit short-form video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut (basic skills sufficient)
- Collaborate with marketing/design teams to align content with brand voice and campaign goals
- Research trends, pop culture, and audience behavior to ensure content feels fresh and relevant
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas regularly
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in digital content creation (internships count too!)
- Strong storytelling ability
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or mobile apps)
- A creative mindset with a strong sense of originality and visual flair
- Great thought process and a knack for understanding what appeals to Gen Z and Millennials
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without compromising on quality
- Bonus: Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or basic animation tools
- Good to Have: Portfolio of previous written or video work
- Understanding of social media algorithms and content performance metrics
- Interest in pop culture, trends, or niche digital communities
