About the role

Turn raw footage into engaging, scroll-stopping content for social platforms
Own editing, color, audio, and graphics to make stories shine across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
Design and animate engaging motion graphics for short-form and long-form videos (social, ads, explainers, product demos, brand content)
Edit short and long-form video content, optimized per platform
Rapidly produce clips, highlights, and variations for social
Create templates, graphic packages, and toolkits for repeatable use across campaigns
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while hitting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Contribute ideas proactively in brainstorms and storyboarding sessions
Stay on top of design and platform trends to ensure content feels fresh and culturally relevant

5–7 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or design (agency, production studio, or in-house creative team)
A strong eye for design, typography, color, and visual storytelling
Robust experience editing video content (including clipping)
Portfolio showcasing short-form and motion graphics work
Experience with editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve
Experience with motion graphics tools: After Effects, Cinema4D or Blender (optional for 3D)
Audio tools: Adobe Audition, Audacity, Izotope RX
AI/clipping tools familiarity: Descript, OpusClip, Runway
Asset management: Frame.io, Dropbox, Google Drive
Familiarity with plug-ins: Red Giant, Motion Bro
Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proactive contributor in brainstorms and storyboarding sessions
Stay on top of design and platform trends to ensure content feels fresh and culturally relevant
