About the role
- Turn raw footage into engaging, scroll-stopping content for social platforms
- Own editing, color, audio, and graphics to make stories shine across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
- Design and animate engaging motion graphics for short-form and long-form videos (social, ads, explainers, product demos, brand content)
- Edit short and long-form video content, optimized per platform
- Rapidly produce clips, highlights, and variations for social
- Create templates, graphic packages, and toolkits for repeatable use across campaigns
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while hitting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute ideas proactively in brainstorms and storyboarding sessions
- Stay on top of design and platform trends to ensure content feels fresh and culturally relevant
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or design (agency, production studio, or in-house creative team)
- A strong eye for design, typography, color, and visual storytelling
- Robust experience editing video content (including clipping)
- Portfolio showcasing short-form and motion graphics work
- Experience with editing tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve
- Experience with motion graphics tools: After Effects, Cinema4D or Blender (optional for 3D)
- Audio tools: Adobe Audition, Audacity, Izotope RX
- AI/clipping tools familiarity: Descript, OpusClip, Runway
- Asset management: Frame.io, Dropbox, Google Drive
- Familiarity with plug-ins: Red Giant, Motion Bro
- Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive contributor in brainstorms and storyboarding sessions
- Stay on top of design and platform trends to ensure content feels fresh and culturally relevant
