About the role
- Develop production schedules aligned with forecasts to optimize resources and reduce lead times
- Manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing costs and avoiding overstock or shortages
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials
- Coordinate order fulfillment with production, warehousing, and logistics to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries
- Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks
- Apply data-driven insights to improve efficiency and reduce costs through continuous improvement
- Strategically plan for seasonal peaks and promotional campaigns to guarantee product availability and optimal inventory levels
- Improve stock turnover and efficiently utilize warehouse space to accommodate varying market demands
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Economics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply planning or supply chain in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in production planning, inventory management, and supplier coordination
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive attitude to learning and improving processes
- Ability to plan for seasonal peaks and promotional campaigns
- Experience working with production, warehousing, and logistics teams
- Willingness to complete personality and logical ability tests as part of recruitment
