About the role
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

- Monitor sales performance through KPIs, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of sales experience in chemicals, food ingredients, metals, or closely related industries.
- Remote or local office with frequent travel to customer sites, industry events, and company facilities (up to 40%)
- Must have valid US driver's license
