About the role

  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between sales and operations teams for strategic accounts
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies and activities tailored to key customer needs
  • Proactively communicate with customers on order status, issues resolution, and service enhancement opportunities
  • Coordinate inventory allocation and order fulfillment processes with Supply and Logistics teams to maximize efficiency
  • Partner with supply planning teams to optimize timing and location strategies for inventory positioning
  • Collaborate with demand planning teams to refine forecasts based on sales trends and strategic initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional execution of new product launches to key accounts, coordinating with innovation, sales, supply, and logistics teams
  • Monitor and report on On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery and cost performance metrics
  • Establish and track methodical, achievable KPIs that drive continuous improvement
  • Provide regular performance updates to senior management on customer service levels and operational efficiency
  • Manage and develop a team of 3 Customer Operations Coordinators
  • Foster a culture of excellence in order fulfillment and customer service

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in order processing, supply chain operations, or related roles
  • Proven customer service experience with demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP systems
  • Experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Preferred: Experience working with Club retailers (Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's)
  • Preferred: Background in consumer goods or retail supply chain operations
