About the role
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between sales and operations teams for strategic accounts
- Develop and execute promotional strategies and activities tailored to key customer needs
- Proactively communicate with customers on order status, issues resolution, and service enhancement opportunities
- Coordinate inventory allocation and order fulfillment processes with Supply and Logistics teams to maximize efficiency
- Partner with supply planning teams to optimize timing and location strategies for inventory positioning
- Collaborate with demand planning teams to refine forecasts based on sales trends and strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional execution of new product launches to key accounts, coordinating with innovation, sales, supply, and logistics teams
- Monitor and report on On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery and cost performance metrics
- Establish and track methodical, achievable KPIs that drive continuous improvement
- Provide regular performance updates to senior management on customer service levels and operational efficiency
- Manage and develop a team of 3 Customer Operations Coordinators
- Foster a culture of excellence in order fulfillment and customer service
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in order processing, supply chain operations, or related roles
- Proven customer service experience with demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP systems
- Experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Preferred: Experience working with Club retailers (Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's)
- Preferred: Background in consumer goods or retail supply chain operations
