About the role
- Vistar Media: global ad tech and the world's largest digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising marketplace; now part of T-Mobile Advertising Solutions
- Assist the Client Success team in building RFPs and comprehensive media plans
- Partner with Client Success to gather assets, set up campaigns, and monitor performance and delivery
- QA creative files and digital assets for DOOH & Mobile campaigns; ensure files and tags meet specs
- Coordinate custom creative development; oversee timeline and asset creation
- Traffic 1st and 3rd party campaigns across DOOH and mobile
- Pull DOOH and Mobile reporting; coordinate with teams to resolve discrepancies
- Support Client Success team with billing efforts
- Take ownership of assigned projects and meet all deliverables accurately and timely
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of industry experience
- Passionate about building client relationships
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task across multiple projects and stakeholders
- Experience working w/ Third Party Ad Servers, Verification, and Measurement Partners (DoubleClick, Sizmek, IAS, DoubleVerify, Cuebiq, Foursquare, IRI, etc.)
- Understanding of ad operations, trafficking and analytics
- Highly proficient using MS office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Curious to learn, be a team player, and go above and beyond when needed
- Nice to have: Programmatic industry experience
- Nice to have: Experience or familiarity with mobile and or location based data
