About the role

  • Overseeing all flights on the day; being fully aware of maintenance, crew duty, operations technicalities and NOTAMS
  • Proactively anticipate issues and work with the Duty Manager to formulate plans of action
  • Assume ownership of challenges impacting clients and coordinate with Client Services, Sales, Operations and Travel to seek solutions
  • Ensure clients and Managers are kept fully up to date on all developments impacting flights
  • Manage workload, delegate tasks to Duty Desk and Client Services team and ensure they are informed and equipped
  • Create precise timeline reports for each flight of the day
  • Monitor changes made by Client Services and help unblock/expedite outstanding workflow tasks; keep clients informed
  • Organise last minute services (e.g. GT, catering, special requests)
  • Assist with crew and ground handling communication and keep Duty Desk and Duty Manager informed
  • Communicate accurately and timely; apply quick thinking and problem-solving in a high-intensity environment

Requirements

  • Experience working within business aviation within either a client-centric or operational role
  • Quality conscious and high attention to detail
  • Extreme ownership, problem solving skills and accountability
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Remain composed under pressure and work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Positive attitude and a desire to learn and develop
  • Efficient and pro-active in gathering operational data and information
