Customer Success Manager

• You are in direct contact with our customers and resolve potential issues either independently or in collaboration with our development team
• You establish yourself as a trusted advisor and support customers in rolling out additional vision checkouts
• You propose concrete measures for the successful deployment of the vision checkout and respond to various situations using our software
• You create reports on system performance and communicate them to the team
• You identify root causes of problems and submit feature requests to our development team
• You prepare and conduct workshops to improve our internal processes and increase customer satisfaction
