Customer Success Manager

• Du stehst in direktem Kontakt zu unseren Kunden und löst potentielle Probleme entweder selbstständig oder in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Entwicklungsteam.
• Du etabliertst Dich als vertrauensvolle:n Berater:in und entwickelst Kunden zum Ausrollen weiterer vision checkouts hin.
• Du schlägst konkrete Maßnahmen für den erfolgreichen Einsatz des vision checkouts vor und reagierst auf verschiedenste Umstände mit Hilfe unserer Software.
• Du erstellst Reportings zur System-Performance und kommunizierst diese ins Team.
• Du identifizierst Problemquellen und stellst Feature Requests an unser Entwicklungsteam.
• Du bereitest Workshops zur Verbesserung unserer internen Prozesse und zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit vor und führst diese durch.

Werkstudent:in Customer Success

• You will establish yourself as a trusted advisor and support customers in rolling out additional vision checkouts
• You will propose concrete measures for the successful deployment of the vision checkout and respond to various situations using our software
• You will prepare system performance reports and communicate them to the team
• You will identify root causes of problems and submit feature requests to our development team
• You will prepare and conduct workshops to improve our internal processes and increase customer satisfaction

Machine Learning Engineer

• Active collaboration within the ML team: You will work on projects related to machine learning and computer vision to improve the accuracy and speed of our system.
• End-to-end responsibility: From requirements analysis through development to deployment, you will take ownership of your own project.
• Research & implementation: You will adapt current research findings (e.g., in Instance Segmentation, Classification, Online Learning) and turn them into production-ready solutions.
• Code reviews: You will help ensure high software quality, learn from other team members, and improve your own programming skills.

Machine Learning, Computer Vision Internship

Full-stack Engineer

• You work as a full-fledged team member in our cross-functional product team on the continued development of our systems — from the front- and back-end of the visioncheckout app and web app to interfaces with third-party systems, internal tooling, and data pipelines.
• You introduce new technologies and innovative solutions to continuously improve our systems.
• You take end-to-end ownership of features — from requirements analysis to deployment.
• Through code reviews you ensure high software quality, learn from other team members, and further develop your own coding skills.
