Account Executive

• In your position as an Account Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively expanding our client’s industrial camera business with existing customers.
• Working with product management and support teams for assistance and product education, and after-sales support services to customers, partners, and the sales team.
• Developing long-term relationships with customers and partners through managing and interpreting their requirements and expectations.
• Listening to customer concerns and describing why our client’s cameras best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
• Negotiating contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and company needs.
• Preparing weekly update reports for Sales Director.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
• Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets customer’s needs.

• Act as the central bridge between clients and internal engineering, service, and operations teams.
• Leverage sales metrics for accurate forecasting while building strong networks with key stakeholders at all levels.
