About the role
- Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, staffing, materials, meals, and attendance, for summer, after-school, Saturday, or in-school programs.
- Monitor compliance, funding requirements, and operational readiness for audits.
- Serve as a liaison with school and district partners to align program delivery with goals and expectations.
- Assist in tailoring programs to meet site calendars, staffing availability, and demographic needs.
- Collect, track, and report participant attendance, engagement, and ADA/funding outcomes.
- Support ongoing program evaluations and feedback processes to measure student impact.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready operational documentation and attendance records.
- Assist with staff training coordination, resource allocation, and overall operational support.
- Contribute to refining workflows and sharing best practices across program sites.
- Support effective communication with partnering schools, internal teams, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Atleast 1 year BPO experience
- Background in operations, coordination, project support, or logistics
- Strong organizational skills; able to handle multiple tasks across sites
- Good communication skills to work with school staff, team members, and vendors
- Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for data and reports
