About the role
- Manage day-to-day activities of the recruiting team to ensure established goals and metrics are consistently achieved.
- Monitor performance dashboards and reports, driving accountability for weekly and monthly targets.
- Ensure recruiting processes run smoothly, moving candidates efficiently from application through onboarding.
- Oversee use of Microsoft Suite, Rethink, Applicant Tracking System, and Smartsheet for tracking, reporting, and workflow management.
- Manage vendor relationships (including Indeed and other recruiting platforms) to maximize sourcing outcomes and ROI.
- Act as the liaison between the recruiting team and senior leadership, balancing operational needs with organizational expectations.
- Provide direct coaching, support, and management to the team to drive steady results.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting in ABA is a MUST HAVE for this position!
- Proven experience managing recruiting teams in a high-volume environment.
- Strong ability to manage through numbers and established performance metrics (Excel proficiency required).
- Hands-on management style with a focus on accountability, consistency, and follow-through.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, Rethink, Applicant Tracking System, and Smartsheet preferred.
- Experience managing vendor relationships (including Indeed and other recruiting platforms).
