About the role
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat—handling orders, resolving issues, and answering product and service questions
- Use multiple systems to deliver first-contact resolutions and create memorable experiences that drive brand loyalty
- Convert service interactions into sales by recommending products, suggesting alternatives, and promoting gift card use
- Stay up to date on current promotions, procedures, and tools to ensure accurate and timely information is shared with customers
- Apply feedback and coaching to enhance performance and grow within the role
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior customer service experience is required
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to type and operate multi-channel systems (phone, email, chat)
- Must be able to read documents, reports, computer screens and other written communication.
- Priority given to Active-Duty Military Spouses and Family Members.
