About the role
- Assist with the recruitment process from posting job ads to onboarding new hires.
- Draft and post job ads on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Source candidates using databases, social media, and networking platforms.
- Maintain and update job descriptions as necessary.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to offer stage.
- Provide timely updates to candidates regarding the status of their application.
- Manage recruitment databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Work closely with the team and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss open roles and recruitment strategies.
- Provide support during career fairs and recruitment events.
- Participate in training sessions on recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Develop and deliver presentations on recruitment processes, candidate assessment techniques, and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in Google Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- High degree of judgment and independent decision-making skills.
- At least 10mbps wired internet connection.
- Should have a backup of at least 3mbps (pocket wifi and other stable alternatives are accepted).
- Computer RAM: At least 8GB RAM Memory.
- Computer Processor: At least Core i3, higher or equivalent.
- Computer Operating System: Windows 10, or macOS equivalent.
- Must have a noise-canceling headset.
- Do have a noise-free working environment without distractions.
