About the role
- Set strategy and standards for marketing technology, data, and workflows.
- Lead annual and quarterly planning support, including budget tracking, pacing, and visibility into spend vs. impact.
- Build and maintain standardized dashboards and executive-ready reporting that surface performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Define, document, train, and continuously improve marketing processes that enable speed, quality, and accountability across the team.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives that raise marketing effectiveness, improve collaboration, and strengthen team culture.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or revenue operations in a scaling organization.
- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation and reporting tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar).
- Proven ability to design processes and systems that improve speed, quality, and accountability.
- Strong executive communication skills, including translating data into insights and recommendations.
- A builder mindset: comfortable creating structure where it doesn’t yet exist.
