About the role
- Own all manager leadership development programming.
- Facilitate programs and enable others to facilitate effectively.
- Define business-specific success metrics and implement feedback loops.
- Analyze data and recommend improvements.
- Partner with Specialist on manager onboarding.
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reach leveraging AI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, and Leadership Development within a corporate or scaled organizational setting.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of learning or leadership development programs, including design, delivery, measurement, and iteration.
- Exceptional live facilitation skills.
- Experience scaling programs or learning experiences.
- Proven ability to define and use success metrics to evaluate direct business impact.
- Experience operating independently in a cross-functional environment.
- Practical experience using technology, automation, and AI to improve the effectiveness of learning programs.
