About the role

  • Own all manager leadership development programming.
  • Facilitate programs and enable others to facilitate effectively.
  • Define business-specific success metrics and implement feedback loops.

  • Partner with Specialist on manager onboarding.
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reach leveraging AI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, and Leadership Development within a corporate or scaled organizational setting.
  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of learning or leadership development programs, including design, delivery, measurement, and iteration.
  • Exceptional live facilitation skills.
  • Experience scaling programs or learning experiences.
  • Proven ability to define and use success metrics to evaluate direct business impact.
  • Experience operating independently in a cross-functional environment.
  • Practical experience using technology, automation, and AI to improve the effectiveness of learning programs.
