5+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, and Leadership Development within a corporate or scaled organizational setting.
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of learning or leadership development programs, including design, delivery, measurement, and iteration.
Exceptional live facilitation skills.
Experience scaling programs or learning experiences.
Proven ability to define and use success metrics to evaluate direct business impact.
Experience operating independently in a cross-functional environment.
Practical experience using technology, automation, and AI to improve the effectiveness of learning programs.
