About the role

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across operations, commercial, and leadership.
  • Get up to speed on our business model, regulatory landscape, and key contractual frameworks.
  • Review and assess current legal processes, identifying immediate risks and quick wins.

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent).
  • Experience in an in-house legal role or strong commercial exposure in private practice.
  • Strong knowledge of UK commercial, consumer, and data protection law.
  • Knowledge of AML and labour law.
  • Proven ability to balance legal risk with commercial outcomes.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, pragmatic, and solutions-focused.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
