• - Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate documents such as articles of incorporation, bylaws, and minutes of meetings.

• The Sales Manager - Rubber will deliver profitable sales growth and proactively manage, maintain and expand Prime’s rubber and automotive customer base in assigned areas by leading and motivating his/her direct reports to perform.
