AI Engineer

• Build and deploy AI/ML solutions powering customer-facing products and internal platforms
• Design, implement, and optimize AI/ML models for real-world applications
• Integrate LLMs, generative AI, and ML models into production systems and user-facing applications
• Write production-grade code and work across the stack with backend/frontend teams to deliver end-to-end AI features
• Own the AI/ML lifecycle: data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
• Build scalable cloud-based AI solutions using AWS SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, and other managed services

Product Designer

• Conduct user research and translate insights into thoughtful, practical designs
• Design end-to-end: create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI for new features and existing workflows
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers from discovery to launch
• Shape, maintain, and evolve the design system and advocate for design consistency
• Iterate quickly: test, gather feedback, and refine based on real-world use

Full-stack Engineer

• Design and build applications powering a B2B marketplace for polymers, from intuitive frontends to scalable backends.
• Full-stack development: design, develop, and maintain scalable services in Java/Spring Boot and modern web interfaces in React.
• Architecture & API design: create RESTful APIs, microservices, and system integrations that are secure, reliable, and high-performing.
• SDLC leadership: own features from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Cloud & infrastructure: deploy and manage applications in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch).

Product Manager

• Join a small, agile, fully remote team backed by a global parent company (Vinmar).
• Build end-to-end marketplace experience that drives catalog discovery, customer engagement, and procurement efficiency.
• Own buyer and seller interactions: search, product discovery, catalog navigation, and product detail pages.
• Define and execute product vision and strategy for catalog, product search, and product detail pages to drive engagement and quote requests.
• Leverage insights into B2B procurement to optimize workflows and reduce friction in evaluation, comparison, and decision-making.
• Champion the customer journey across discovery, quoting, ordering, and follow-up to maximize retention and long-term engagement.
• Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, sales, and marketing to align marketplace features with buyer and seller needs.
