Video Producer – Reels & Shorts

• Own the local marketing calendar and ensure consistent weekly execution across channels (primarily Instagram/Facebook; additional channels as relevant)
• Create local social media content end-to-end: ideation, copy/scripting, production, editing, and publishing, including short-form video (Reels/TikTok-style) and simple graphic assets (posts, stories, banners)
• Localize and adapt global content and campaigns for the Romanian market (copy, messaging, cultural context, timing)
• Coordinate and publish local content with creators/influencers and internal teams, ensuring brand consistency and quality
• Execute local activations and simple campaigns (seasonal moments, product pushes, community partnerships) end-to-end
• Monitor market trends, competitors, turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations
• Support cross-functional needs such as website/localization checks, promotional communication, and basic reporting
• Coordinate basic local production when needed (simple shoots with creators or in-house) and ensure deliverables are on brand
• Work closely with the Expansion Manager to prioritize initiatives and continuously improve performance

• Kampányteljesítmény elemzése és optimalizálási javaslatok

Influencer, Marketing Specialist

• Identify and contact Romanian influencers, brand ambassadors, and affiliate partners
• Build long-term relationships with content creators
• Localise and adapt content for the Romanian audience
• Create faceless content ideas for Reels, TikTok, and Stories
• Write creative captions and short scripts in Romanian

• Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements

• Develop and tune automations in n8n: From workflows to custom nodes, webhooks, and API integrations
• Connect AI tools: OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Whisper, ElevenLabs, Ollama, Weaviate, and whatever new tool you discover next week
• Build servers and microservices for Model Context Protocol (MCP): Agent memory and state management
• Task planning and execution
