About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research and map UK influencers across fitness, wellness, food, lifestyle, health and sport.
- Find micro and mid-tier creators who match Vilgain’s brand, audience and content style.
- Build and maintain a clear influencer database with profiles, contact details, niche, quality notes and outreach status.
- Use social platforms, influencer tools, spreadsheets and manual research to identify strong creator opportunities.
- Support high-volume outreach via email and track follow-ups.
- Pre-qualify creators before handing them over to the influencer team.
- Monitor UK trends, competitors and emerging creators.
- Communicate closely with our London-based Influencer Marketing team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in influencer research, social media, creator scouting, partnerships or similar.
- Strong eye for brand fit, content quality, authenticity and audience relevance.
- Ability to work with high volume of profiles and contacts without losing structure.
- Very organized, detail-oriented and comfortable with spreadsheets/tools.
- Strong written English for email communication.
- Proactive, hands-on and independent.
- Interest in fitness, nutrition, healthy lifestyle or food brands is a big plus.
