About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the local marketing calendar and ensure consistent weekly execution across channels
- Create local social media content end-to-end
- Localize and adapt global content and campaigns for the Hungarian market
- Coordinate and publish local content with creators/influencers and internal teams
- Execute local activations and simple campaigns
- Monitor market trends, competitors, turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Support cross-functional needs such as website/localization checks
- Coordinate basic local production when needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience in marketing, social media, content marketing, or a similar role (e-commerce experience is a strong plus)
- Proven ability to create original, high-performing content for a local audience: short-form video + basic graphics
- Native-level Hungarian writing skills (captions and basic scripts)
- Strong understanding of local trends and culture (formats, memes, key moments)
- Hands-on production mindset
- Familiarity with basic content tools (e.g., CapCut/Final Cut/Figma/Canva/Adobe)
- Good English for daily communication and smooth collaboration with Czech-based content and marketing teams
