About the role

  • Lead sales efforts for Middleby Residential brands across assigned region
  • Drive brand awareness, channel revenue, profitability, and growth across assigned regional accounts
  • Partner with sales leaders, Brand Developers and Channel Leaders to ensure optimal sales performance
  • Manage all dealer channels and act as primary contact for product information, sales programming, training and sales management
  • Travel onsite to visit, train and manage accounts; typically 4+ days in the field with up to one home office day per week
  • Collaborate with Director of E-Commerce, Marketing, Builder Sales Team and Specialty Sales Channel managers to elevate digital presence and maximize opportunities
  • Analyze data and sales platforms to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive conversion rates
  • Lead contract negotiations and onboarding/measurement of new customer partnerships for online sales
  • Manage promotional calendar and UMRP pricing monitoring within assigned accounts
  • Prospect and secure new accounts and display opportunities; manage dealer portal activation and conduct live trainings and product demos

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum 5 years sales management experience
  • Account management, strategic planning, and business development experience desired
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience setting and managing sales targets and forecasts
  • Demonstrate a high level of sense of urgency, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Integrity, credibility, and dedication to the business
  • Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written
  • Comfort with fast-paced and changing work environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PowerBI
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with a positive professional attitude
  • Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential documents and situations
