Lead sales efforts for Middleby Residential brands across assigned region
Drive brand awareness, channel revenue, profitability, and growth across assigned regional accounts
Partner with sales leaders, Brand Developers and Channel Leaders to ensure optimal sales performance
Manage all dealer channels and act as primary contact for product information, sales programming, training and sales management
Travel onsite to visit, train and manage accounts; typically 4+ days in the field with up to one home office day per week
Collaborate with Director of E-Commerce, Marketing, Builder Sales Team and Specialty Sales Channel managers to elevate digital presence and maximize opportunities
Analyze data and sales platforms to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive conversion rates
Lead contract negotiations and onboarding/measurement of new customer partnerships for online sales
Manage promotional calendar and UMRP pricing monitoring within assigned accounts
Prospect and secure new accounts and display opportunities; manage dealer portal activation and conduct live trainings and product demos
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Minimum 5 years sales management experience
Account management, strategic planning, and business development experience desired
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
Experience setting and managing sales targets and forecasts
Demonstrate a high level of sense of urgency, time management, and prioritization skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Integrity, credibility, and dedication to the business
Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written
Comfort with fast-paced and changing work environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PowerBI
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
