About the role

  • You will be part of the sales department and will develop and maintain your customer portfolio (wholesalers, contractors, installers).
  • In this role, you will identify their needs and answer their questions.
  • You will recruit new customers within the geographical area assigned to you.
  • You will ensure your customers have access to a complete product range, provide technical advice, and train them in its practical use.
  • You will be in constant contact and work closely with your customer service (ADV).
  • You will regularly submit activity reports to your manager.

Requirements

  • Commercial and/or technical education, preferably in the construction sector or a similar technical field.
  • Knowledge of the commercial network in the sanitary and heating sectors of northern Belgium.
  • Familiarity with the key customers in the installers and plumbers/sanitary engineers segment.
  • Ability to achieve technical and commercial objectives and to defend market-leading positions.
  • Open and communicative personality; team spirit is essential.
  • Independent and well organized.
  • Ability to adapt to different types of interlocutors.
  • Proficiency with IT tools (CRM, Office).
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Dutch is essential; proficiency in French is ideal; English is a plus. Knowledge of Arabic, Turkish, or Portuguese is also an advantage.
  • You live in the Brussels region.
