About the role
- Design, run, and continuously evolve the resourcing team and operating system behind Vidsy’s creative output.
- Create the right conditions for creative teams to do their best work at scale.
- Directly manage a growing Delivery team while overseeing delivery across creative, motion, and strategy teams.
- Balance creative excellence with operational efficiency.
- Navigate complexity, change, and growth with fixed resources and imperfect information.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading delivery or operations in a creative, product, or agency environment.
- A strong grounding in agile principles, with the judgement to adapt them rather than apply them rigidly.
- A systems thinker who understands how people, process, tooling, and incentives all interact.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and making clear, confident trade-offs when required.
- A leader who values craft, creativity, and team wellbeing as much as efficiency and outcomes.
- Calm under pressure, thoughtful in approach, and pragmatic in execution.
- 6–8 years of experience (or equivalent) in operations, delivery, and/or creative management roles.
- Proven people-management experience, with a track record of building and supporting high-performing teams.
- Strong experience designing processes and selecting tools that enable teams to succeed in fast-paced, scaled environments.
- A solid understanding of creative workflows, with hands-on experience managing resource effectively at scale.
