About the role

  • Drive expansion and renewals within your accounts.
  • Develop strategic account plans focused on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Lead contract renewal negotiations to maximize deal value and retention rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide customer feedback and align on client needs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Enterprise software sales, with martech/adtech experience preferred.
  • 3+ years experience managing enterprise accounts, driving expansions, and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Experience working in a fast-moving startup.
  • Proficiency in customer feedback and data-driven decision making.
