About the role
- Drive expansion and renewals within your accounts.
- Develop strategic account plans focused on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
- Lead contract renewal negotiations to maximize deal value and retention rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide customer feedback and align on client needs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Enterprise software sales, with martech/adtech experience preferred.
- 3+ years experience managing enterprise accounts, driving expansions, and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Experience working in a fast-moving startup.
- Proficiency in customer feedback and data-driven decision making.
