Full-stack Engineer

• Own hands on engineering execution for existing platforms, including feature development, system improvements, scalability, and operational reliability
• Design, implement, and maintain distributed systems supporting high-volume, event-driven workflows
• Serve as the technical owner for acquired systems, ensuring stability, performance, and alignment with Victory Live platform standards
• Partner with engineering leadership on technical direction, system integration strategy, and delivery commitments
• Lead system design and implementation for complex or high-impact initiatives, contributing directly to code and technical solutions
• Own production operations for assigned platforms, including monitoring, incident response, and continuous reliability improvements
• Provide technical mentorship through code reviews, architectural guidance, and knowledge sharing across engineering teams

Lead Engineer

Strategy

• Own inventory standards, including barcodes, face value accuracy, and seller compliance.
• Monitor and improve inventory integrity by managing rejection rates, pricing accuracy, and overall listing quality.
• Lead management for high-risk and high-profile events (Super Bowl, The Masters, bowl games, major tennis events, schedule releases, etc.).
• Ensure we retain and grow year-over-year inventory from key sellers for trending and marquee events.
• Analyze market data to ensure best-in-market pricing and strong sell-through.
• Evaluate international events and ensure partners and affiliates are actively marketing relevant inventory.
• Manage Distribution Plus and retail-only discount programs in partnership with suppliers.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and operations to keep inventory aligned, competitive, and trustworthy.

Product Manager

• Define and maintain the data and insights product roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise reporting needs and customer-facing data product strategy.
• Develop and communicate a vision for data and insights initiatives, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategy.
• Partner with BI, Data Engineering, and business teams (Finance, Operations, etc.) to capture requirements for internal reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Translate complex business needs into well-defined user stories and product requirements.
• Validate that data products meet defined quality, accuracy, and usability standards before release.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback on existing reporting and analytics features, and convert feedback into product improvements.
• Track customer satisfaction, adoption, and business impact of external-facing data solutions.
• Benchmark internal and external data/analytics capabilities against competitors and industry best practices.
• Maintain a competitive product matrix to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics for both internal and external data products.
• Report regularly on roadmap progress, adoption, and product impact to leadership and stakeholders.
