About the role
- Provide strategic and operational HR advice to leaders and employees within their client group.
- Manage employee cases and coach managers on complex people matters.
- Collaborate with P&C specialists to address issues and identify emerging workforce trends.
- Design and deliver tailored training, build leadership capability, and implement fit-for-purpose workforce planning and culture strategies.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality strategic and operational HR advice across a range of people and culture matters.
- Tertiary qualification in a Human Resources or relevant field.
- Experience using various HRIS software programs, preferably HCM Success Factors/SAP.
- Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa necessary for the nature of the position.
