• Report directly to the CEO and take responsibility for developing and implementing strategy and partnerships end-to-end.
• Take over ongoing project to incorporate AI agents into Vicos and the business model.

• You’ll be the CEO’s tech-savvy right hand for AI-centric strategic projects with measurable business impact. From day one, you’ll scope, launch, and deliver cross-functional initiatives aimed at shaping strategy, building operating muscle, and turning ideas into shipped outcomes. You’ll work directly with the CEO and collaborate closely with Product, Software Development, and Partnerships team members.
• Drive CEO special projects end-to-end: define problem statements, scope work, set milestones, coordinate stakeholders & team members, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Establish AI-first workflows (e.g., agentic automations, data pipelines) together with Product/Software Development to improve Vico operations and our platform.
• Pilot and operationalize the “AI agent” role inside Vicos; document learnings and scale playbooks.
• Support partnerships exploration: research targets, prepare outreach materials, analyze strategic fit, and help bootstrap pilot collaborations.
• Prepare crisp analyses and decision memos for the CEO (market scans, business cases, OKRs) and track execution against company priorities.
• Orchestrate cross-functional sprints that translate strategy into product/operations changes; ensure risks, dependencies, and comms are managed.
• Build dashboards to monitor KPIs for your projects; communicate business impact, pull insights and propose next steps and follow-up projects.

• Collaborate directly with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions to diverse business challenges

• Own whole development pipeline from technical design and development to deployment and production monitoring
