About the role

  • Design AI-first software solutions that address complex user stories, enabling robust, scalable architectures and efficient development workflows
  • Collaborate directly with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions to diverse business challenges
  • Interact with product managers and UX designers end-to-end to create the best possible solutions from a user and tech perspective
  • Own whole development pipeline from technical design and development to deployment and production monitoring
  • Collaborate with other developers on architectural design, code reviews and retrospectives
  • Use and integrate AI efficiently to solve problems, automate processes and enable business opportunities

Requirements

  • Maintain an agnostic approach to programming languages and tools, selecting the best technology for the task at hand
  • Hands-on, proven experience in leveraging AI tools to address real-world business problems
  • Proficient in working with Large Language Models (LLMs), deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, and vector embedding workflows
  • Designed and implemented Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and other production-grade generative AI services
  • Experience designing and building agentic AI workflows, including multi-step reasoning agents, tool use, memory management, and autonomous decision-making systems
  • Driven to learn, adapt and improve yourself
  • Able to challenge others and have constructive discussions
  • Highly autonomous and able to solve problems but know when to involve others
  • Friendly and respectful to your colleagues
  • Location requirement: You should not be more than +/- 3 hours from continental European time
