About the role
- Assist customers in selecting outfits and provide personalized shopping experiences
- Maintain a visually appealing store environment and meet visual merchandising standards
- Deliver excellent customer service consistently
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization on the sales floor; ensure proper stock and replenishment
- Maintain a sense of urgency and be self-motivated; stay engaged and proactive
- Represent and embody the VICI brand
- Work in a women's clothing boutique that shares space with a distribution center
- Physical/working conditions: standing for long periods, heavy customer contact, lifting up to 25 lbs; potential exposure to extreme warehouse temperatures (35-105 degrees)
Requirements
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Driven, goal-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and quickly learn new procedures
- Team player with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Strong communication skills
