About the role

  • Review and analyze retailers' standard operating procedures (SOPs), supplier guides, and contracts to identify compliance and supply chain requirements
  • Organize extracted data into a structured Excel document
  • Validate the accuracy and completeness of extracted data by cross-referencing source documents
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to clarify ambiguous requirements
  • Maintain version control and ensure all updates are properly documented

Requirements

  • Bilingual (FR/EN)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formatting, data validation, pivot tables)
  • Experience with retail compliance or supply chain processes is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills to clarify requirements with internal teams
  • Prior experience in data extraction, contract analysis, retail distribution, and/or compliance
  • Knowledge of Canadian retailers (e.g., Loblaws, Sobeys, Costco, Shoppers Drug Mart) is an asset

  • $1,500 retention bonus (after 6 months)
  • Hybrid work (2–3 days remote, 2–3 days in-office)
  • 6-month contract with the possibility of renewal depending on KDP project needs
