About the role

  • Recruit and select top talent for the business areas in partnership with the Recruitment & Selection team, supporting managers to make better hiring decisions.
  • Identify employee development needs in alignment with managers and in partnership with the Training and Development area, prioritizing the competencies essential to delivering objectives.
  • Monitor and implement organizational climate assessment tools through recurring engagement surveys and the development of action plans to gather insights and address issues related to well-being, communication, teamwork, and infrastructure.
  • Guide and support leaders in people movements related to promotions, transfers, and terminations, ensuring compliance and mitigating labor-related risks.
  • Manage performance evaluations by supporting leaders in preparing assessments, conducting feedback conversations, and establishing employee development plans, ensuring fair, objective processes grounded in organizational values and strategy.
  • Promote and strengthen the organizational culture by partnering with leaders on challenges and the transformation of corporate processes, acting as a guardian of company values with a focus on accelerating results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed).
  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources / People Management.
  • Experience in Human Resources as a Generalist or as a Business Partner (BP).
  • Advanced English proficiency preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of other People & Management subsystems.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation (employment law).
  • Coaching (experience or training).
  • Certification in behavioral analysis or in a behavioral assessment tool.
