About the role
- Own the inbound sales funnel from first call to close, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Manage a high volume of inbound opportunities, maximizing conversion rates and revenue impact
- Build trust quickly with prospects, uncovering needs and aligning them to Vibe’s solutions
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and retention of client accounts through strategic campaign recommendations
- Share client and market feedback with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to continuously improve our sales playbook and solutions
- Leverage inbound demand and marketing programs to maximize pipeline efficiency and close rates
Requirements
- You have 2+ years of sales experience, ideally selling into eCommerce and brand marketers; CTV and AdTech experience is a strong plus
- You’ve sold to or worked closely with eCommerce or D2C brands, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment
- You’re ambitious, self-motivated, and thrive in high-stakes, fast-moving sales cycles
- You’re a persuasive communicator who can quickly build credibility with prospects
- You’re resourceful and comfortable operating without a perfect playbook—you're a builder at heart
