About the role

  • Own AEO & LLM visibility
  • Define and execute Vibe's AEO strategy from zero — on-site content architecture, off-site seeding, publisher and community presence
  • Reverse-engineer how LLMs source and rank information to make Vibe the most-cited CTV advertising platform across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini
  • Build and manage publisher partnerships and community presence (Reddit, industry forums) to drive off-site citation signals
  • Partner with our SEO agency so organic search becomes a byproduct of AEO, not a separate workstream
  • Run the data loop
  • Track LLM citation rates, organic visibility, and email conversion metrics — and act on what the data says, weekly
  • Run structured experiments on content formats, subject lines, and audience segments to learn what moves the needle
  • Partner with our Data Analyst to build dashboards that tie channel activity directly to pipeline contribution

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or content/SEO — with a track record of building a channel from zero, not just inheriting one.
  • AI-native workflow — you already use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools daily; bonus if you've built custom automations, MCP integrations, or Claude skills.
  • Strong content instinct — you can produce a piece that ranks, earns LLM citations, and genuinely teaches something.
  • Comfortable reading data, writing SQL, or using BI tools to make decisions — dashboards, not gut feel.
  • Scrappy by default — you ship something imperfect today rather than wait for a perfect plan next month.
